Multilingual website

Multilingual Website Development

Welcome buyers at home and abroad in their own language, with one website managed through one CMS.

International buyers trust suppliers whose information they can read directly. A multilingual website helps your company get found in searches abroad, speeds up communication, and shows that you are ready to serve international customers.

Who is it for?

  • Manufacturers serving overseas buyers
  • Exporters and companies opening up new markets
  • Companies with overseas partners or owners
  • Businesses whose customers speak English or Mandarin

What you get

  • A website in up to 3 languages: Indonesian, English and Mandarin
  • A separate address for each language, for example /id, /en and /zh
  • Language tags (hreflang) so Google shows each searcher the right version
  • Page titles and descriptions that can be set per language
  • One CMS to manage every language, including different images per language where needed
  • A primary language as a fallback, so there are no empty pages while translations are incomplete
  • Hosting on the Cloudflare network with SSL, including maintenance

Why does a separate address per language matter?

Many websites rely on an automatic translation button. The result is often inaccurate and is usually not treated as a separate page by Google. With a separate address for each language, every version can appear in search results in its own language, and visitors can share links in the language they read.

Content that is easy to manage

Every piece of text and every image on the website can be filled in for each language. Your team can start with the primary language and complete the translations gradually. While a page has no translation yet, the website shows the primary language, so visitors never see an empty page.

How we work

  1. Consultation: we learn about your markets and decide which languages you need.
  2. Design and build: we design a layout that stays tidy for text in different languages.
  3. Content and launch: the content for each language is added, reviewed together with you, and the website goes live.
  4. Manage it yourself: your team updates the content in every language through the CMS.

The process usually takes 3–4 weeks, depending on how ready your content and translations are.

Package options

Websites in up to 3 languages are available on the Advanced and E-Commerce packages. See the full comparison on the packages page.

Which languages should you choose?

Start with where your current buyers come from and the markets you want to reach. English opens the door to international buyers in general, while Mandarin matters for companies serving buyers from mainland China, Taiwan or Mandarin-speaking communities.

Two languages that are well maintained are better than many languages that are never updated. You can always add a language later.

Different keywords in every language

Local and international buyers search with different words. That is why the title and description of each page should be written for readers of that language, not simply translated word for word. We provide a place to set the title and description in every language, so each version of your website has the same chance of being found.

Frequently asked questions

Is translation included?

We set up the website and its multilingual structure. The translated text is provided by you or a translator of your choice, and we help enter it during the initial content setup.

Can I start with two languages first?

Yes. You can start with the languages you need most, then add another later within your package's limits.

Does the website stay fast with several languages?

Yes. Every page still loads quickly because the website is built as static pages on Cloudflare's global network.

Ready to build your company website?

We design, build and host your website, and your team runs it themselves in the CMS.
