PPDB Online, School Admission System
New student admission online, from sign-up to results and re-registration, with no queues and no piles of paper.

Admission season is always busy. Parents queue for forms, the committee checks photocopied documents one by one, transfer receipts arrive by chat, and the applicant list is rebuilt in a spreadsheet. Papers go missing, and parents keep asking how far along they are.
PPDB Online by Digimasi moves the whole process into one system. Parents apply from their phones, the school checks and decides from one dashboard, and every step is recorded. In Indonesia, admission to public schools has been called SPMB (Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru) since 2025. Many private schools still use the term PPDB for their own admission, and this system is built for that kind of process.
For parents
- Sign up with email: the account is confirmed with a code sent by email, in Bahasa Indonesia or English
- One family account: all children in one account, and family documents uploaded once and reused for siblings
- Choose the level and wave: only waves that are open and ages that qualify are offered
- Form fee: an invoice in PDF, paid by bank transfer (the receipt photographed straight from the phone) or in cash at school
- Online forms: the child, parents or guardian, family and health, saved as a draft and sent when ready
- Document upload: school report, photo, child ID card (KIA), family card (KK), birth certificate and parents' ID cards, each with a clear check status
- Test booking: choose an onsite test slot and get a test card with the place and what to bring
- Results and re-registration: the result and the decision letter (PDF) appear on the announcement date, with a re-registration checklist
- Always know the next step: an email at every stage, and a "next step" card on the dashboard
For the school
- Settings: school year, levels and classes, waves with dates and fees, quotas, age rules, welcome and consent texts, school bank accounts, and test score components
- Payments: check transfer receipts, mark them paid or ask for a new one with a note, or record a cash payment with a receipt number
- Document checks: a checklist for each document, and a "needs fixing" note goes straight to the parent
- Test day on a tablet: attendance and scores recorded on the spot; the committee proposes results and the principal approves them
- Announcement time per level: no result can be seen before it is due
- Applicant tracking: an applicant list with filters, re-registration tracking and a dashboard of counts
- Excel and CSV export: including a student data sheet for entry into Dapodik, Indonesia's national school database
- Roles and access: admin, unit admin, committee and principal, each seeing only what they need to see
Data security
- Designed with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) in mind: only the data that is needed, files stored privately, and each school's data kept separate
- Recorded: every staff action and every data export is logged
- Safe sign-in: strong passwords, the account locked for a while after repeated wrong attempts, and a secure login session
- Fast and light: runs on Cloudflare, quick to reach from Indonesia, and comfortable on basic phones
Not in the first version
To be clear from the start, the following are not part of the first version and are planned for a later stage:
- Payment through a payment gateway (QRIS or virtual account). In the first version, payment is by bank transfer or cash.
- WhatsApp messages. In the first version, notifications are sent by email.
- Online tests, re-registration fees and instalments, and scholarships
- A direct connection to Dapodik
- Several schools in one foundation account
Who is it for?
- Private schools from playgroup and kindergarten to primary, junior and senior high that want a more orderly admission
- School foundations that admit applicants in waves, with quotas and entrance tests
- Schools that rely on paper forms, chat and spreadsheets today
- Committees that want applicant and payment summaries without rebuilding them by hand
How we work
- Consultation: we listen to how your school handles admission today, which levels you open and your timeline.
- Setup: waves, fees, quotas, age rules, documents and test components are set to match your school's rules.
- Trial with the committee: the committee tries the whole flow with sample data before admission opens.
- Training: admins, the committee and the principal are trained for their own roles.
- Support: we support you during the admission period and follow up on any fixes needed.
Price
The cost of PPDB Online depends on the number of levels, the number of applicants and the adjustments your school needs. That is why we do not list a fixed price. Price on request after a consultation, so please get in touch.

Frequently asked questions
Can this be used for public school SPMB?
The system is built for admission that a school runs itself, for example at private schools and school foundations. SPMB for public schools is run by local governments with their own systems.
Can the admission rules follow our school's rules?
Yes. Waves, dates, form fees, quotas, age rules and test score components are set by the school itself in the settings menu.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents simply open the school's admission address in the browser on their phone or computer.
What about the security of student data?
Files are stored privately, each school's data is kept separate, and each staff member sees only the data that fits their role. Every staff action and every data export is also logged.
When can our school start using it?
We are still preparing the service. Register your interest through the contact form, and we will let you know as soon as it is ready.
