Employee training is often delivered face to face, with materials shared by email or in chat groups. As a result, materials easily get lost, new employees have to wait for the next training session, and it is hard to know who has completed the training and who has not.

An e-learning platform brings all of this together in one place. Materials are organised into well-structured courses, participants learn at their own pace, quizzes help measure understanding, and organisers can see each participant's progress without having to ask them one by one.

Core modules we are preparing

• Courses: organise training into courses with clear chapters and a set order of materials
• Materials: upload documents and reading materials that participants can access at any time
• Videos: present materials as videos within a course
• Quizzes: measure participants' understanding with a quiz in each chapter or at the end of a course
• Certificates: award completion certificates to participants who pass
• Participant progress: see who has started, who is in progress and who has finished
• Participant management: organise participants by course, division or training cohort

Product status

The Digimasi E-Learning platform is currently in preparation and not yet available for use. We are designing the course, quiz and reporting flows so they are easy to use for organisers and participants alike.
