ERP, Business Operations System

One system that connects sales, purchasing, stock, production and finance, built around the way your company works.

As a company grows, its operational data usually ends up scattered: sales recorded in one file, warehouse stock in another, purchasing done by email, and finance in a separate application. As a result, stock figures often do not match, orders are processed late, and monthly reports have to be rebuilt by hand from many sources.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) connects those processes in one system. Sales orders update stock straight away, purchases are recorded when goods are received, and transactions flow through to finance. Every department works from the same data, so management gets a clearer view of the business.

Many off-the-shelf ERP systems force companies to adapt their processes to the system. We take the opposite approach: ERP is delivered as custom development that follows your business processes.

Modules that can be developed

  • Sales: quotations, orders, deliveries and customer invoices
  • Purchasing: purchase requests, orders to suppliers and goods receipt
  • Stock and warehousing: inventory per location, stock movements and stock takes
  • Production: production plans, raw material requirements and production output
  • Finance: receivables, payables, cash and transaction records
  • Reports: sales, inventory, purchasing and finance for management
  • Access rights: each user sees and edits only the data that fits their role

Connected to your existing systems

Your company may already use accounting software, an online shop or particular internal systems. An ERP does not have to replace them all. Integration with your existing systems can be discussed according to your needs, so data flows between systems without being retyped.

Who is it for?

  • Distribution and trading companies with many transactions and items
  • Manufacturers that need to connect production with stock and sales
  • Companies with several warehouses or branches
  • Businesses with distinctive processes that do not fit off-the-shelf systems

What you need to prepare

  • An overview of your current workflow, from incoming orders to financial reports
  • A list of the departments and users who will use the system
  • Examples of the documents and reports you use today
  • A list of other systems or applications that need to be connected

It does not have to be perfect from the start. We help tidy it up together with your team during the requirements analysis.

How we work

  1. Consultation: we get to know your business, challenges and priorities.
  2. Requirements analysis: we map each department's workflow together with your team, then define the scope of the system.
  3. Phased development: the system is built module by module, starting with the processes that have the most impact, and tested together before it goes into use.
  4. Training: users in each department are trained on the modules they use.
  5. Support: we support you through the early period of use and follow up on any adjustments needed.

Frequently asked questions

Does the ERP have to include every module from the start?

No. You can start with the most urgent modules, such as sales and stock, then add purchasing, production or finance step by step.

What about the data in our old system?

Moving data from spreadsheets or an old system can be discussed during the requirements analysis, depending on the format and state of your data.
