HRIS, Human Resource Information System
One place for employee data, attendance, leave, overtime and payroll, so your HR team no longer depends on a pile of spreadsheets.

In many companies, employee data is scattered across several places: attendance spreadsheets, paper leave forms, overtime notes in a chat group, and payroll calculations in a separate file. At the end of every month, the HR team has to pull it all together by hand. The process is slow, prone to calculation errors, and hard to trace when an employee has a question.
An HRIS (Human Resource Information System) brings that data and those processes together. Employee data, attendance, leave requests, overtime and payroll are all recorded in one system, so the HR team works from the same data and managers can approve requests without chasing paperwork.
Core modules we are preparing
- Employee data: profiles, positions, departments, employment status and supporting documents in one place
- Attendance: clock-in and clock-out records, with attendance summaries for each period
- Leave: requests, manager approval and an always up-to-date leave balance
- Overtime: overtime requests and approvals linked directly to payroll calculations
- Payroll: salary components, allowances and deductions calculated from attendance and overtime data
- Payslips: digital payslips that each employee can view
- Reports: summaries of attendance, leave, overtime and payroll for management
Problems it aims to solve
- Attendance and overtime summaries that take days to compile every month
- Unclear leave balances that employees often question
- Payroll calculations that depend on one person and one file
- Approvals delayed because documents have to be sent back and forth
- Difficulty getting a quick overview of the company's workforce
Who is it for?
- Growing companies whose headcount is starting to outgrow spreadsheets
- Companies with several departments or work locations
- HR teams that want to spend less time on administration and more on developing employees
- Business owners who want clear, easy-to-read HR reports
Product status
Digimasi HRIS is currently in preparation and not yet available for use. We are building its modules to fit the way companies in Indonesia work, including the terms and approval flows commonly used there.
If your company is interested, you can register your interest early through the contact form. Tell us briefly how many employees you have, which processes are most troublesome today, and which modules you need most. This input helps us prioritise features, and we will contact you when the HRIS is ready to try.
In the meantime, if you need an HR system with a very specific workflow, we also take on custom development designed around your company's processes.
